Pros

Great software Knowledgable sales team

Cons

BDR team will burn Epicor from the ground up as long as the current management are in place They praise dials over deals, fostering a toxic culture where reps are encouraged to steal leads from eachother and are placed under enormous pressure to hit targets Unable to learn a single thing from the leaders of the team, other than how to make 40 fake calls for an easier life Senior BDRs are treated like royalty but they also don’t know anything
