Pros

I was given everything to learn and become better: plenty of tools, the mentoring system, the company's internal trainings and friendly and helpful colleagues who can really work as a team. It is well organised and yet open working environment that helps everybody to focus on serving our customers.

Cons

Sometimes it may be challenging to use so many different software and websites required for our work. These many surfaces could be integrated to improve efficiency.

Pros

The product is forward looking and innovative. Immediate management try to care and take on board comments. Nice offices

Cons

Company feels like it's slowly sinking with incompetent senior management. No real care for the lion hearted individuals who strive to make things better. customer focus has been replaced with inward looking, pointless red tape and box ticking which prevents you getting the job done. Inability to successfully deliver or manage a project as services are targeted in billable days and not deliverables. Staff not empowered with autonomy to make decisions which reside with senior management who exist on a different plane keeping us mere mortals at arms length and not providing tools necessary to do the job. No real examination or changes of processes in enough detail to make any difference. Sucks the life of of people trying to do a good job and improve the company. Silo mentality driven by crazy targeting driving a wedge between the departments
