Pros

I love working for Epicor. I enjoy traveling around my territory, seeing new places and meeting new people. I enjoy working with my coworkers and most of my customers are great to work with as well. The job can be challenging but there is a great support system in place.

Cons

No formal training on the products. You learn as you go. Mileage reimbursement should be more in line with National standards.

Pros

when assisting to the first interviews I was given the details of the whole package. Now after a few months working here I can say that they complied with every single thing they offered. Very honest approach that makes you feel 100% committed.

Cons

Being a big Organization I was expecting to find more procedures to follow to achieve the daily goals and tasks. However, from another point of view, now, I have the challenge to help creating those procedures to make my Team everyday work more efficient.

Pros

This is a nice company and I have a nice team of people, including several in other countries, but you still feel as though you are part of the wider team. The department boss takes the time to make contact and ask how you are getting on. Nice open plan office and opportunities to progress and take on responsiblity. Not made to feel like a "junior", but as valuable as other team members equally.

Cons

The atmosphere can be very quiet and there aren't many social aspects to the company, compared to other places I have worked.
