Perfect work life balance and good work culture. Good team spirit. Adopting new technology. Fast moving to cloud.

Cons

The salary could have been a bit better and needs to improve the review and appraisal process. Learning process is not unto the mark.

Pros

Since day one you're in an healty enviroment. There are a lot of people but all of them always is working. I really like the internal communication. If you have a doubt theres's always an open channel to ask and get an answer.

Cons

It will be nice to have some spare-room, maybe ping-pong, chess, something to spend some time after lunch.

Pros

Full of micro management. developers irritated by highly arrogant architect in Team ERC. If you get selected for ERC team as experienced candidate than don't join.

Cons

No cons... Highly irritation. lack of proper planning. Principle engineer can take 2 month for one week work. It's opposite for the developers.
