Pros

I loved working closely with my team, people who will likely remain lifelong friends to me. I had ample opportunity to work clinically with clients (e.g. one on one, running groups, etc.) My supervisor allowed me freedom to plan how I would get my job duties accomplished.

Cons

There is minimal training when you start, so be ready to dive right in. I wish they offered more vacation days, but the pay is fairly competitive.
