Pros

Helping some amazing woman, trying to get there life together!!

Cons

The staff are organized, they let the woman be be disrespectful to staff, recently there was a young lady who went inside of a staff purse took 300$, in stoke medication from other clients. All staff Did was blam the co-Worker.. than they covered it up, in let the client back in because they will keep any one because they need numbers. Than they had another client who recently broke into the house. It’s not safe working there. There’s are long hours, 16- 24. Because of lack of staff!! The senior staff are rude in in- understanding. The older staff are rude in stuck in there ways. No one listens why you tell them about Situation, they let pregnant woman smoke cigarettes, all the woman there still .. they accuse staff of every thing. Instead of taking responsibility

An Optimistic Employee - Definite room for growth

Pros

The director is very open to feed-back and solutions/strategies to fix issues. The benefits package is second-to-none, I have yet to find a company with a better benefits package. There is the opportunity to work closely with the clients, and minimal supervision (no one wants to work for a micro-manager). Most of my co-workers are very friendly and easy to work with.

Cons

I understand and share some of the things expressed by other reviewers. However, I have a more positive outlook towards the future and hopeful that things will change. There definitely needs to be better communication among the staff. However, I feel that some of these older employees that have been mentioned previously, it is time for them to go. The chaos begins and ends with the staff, and honestly there are only a few rotten apples. They effect the entirety of the adult services department, and hopefully the director will take notes and get rid of those folks.
