Business Outlook
Pros
Rotational work, unlimited over time, flights covered, decent but not excellent benefits. Self directed work allowing a guy to work as much or as little as he wants. Supervisor was hands off in a manner that allowed me to work under my own direction but was there if I needed him and was very helpful.
Cons
Stagnant wages, management favoritism in upper levels (Ontario frenchman), lack of IT support and poor organization. Need to be in Ontario to move ahead.
