No pros. This company has high turnover, they even stand by the doors after breaks to make sure you were within break times. They’re obsessed with their attendance policy.

Cons

The whole definition and idea of con is something negative but to list cons at Epiroc the biggest one is that it’s an intolerable company. God forbid you make a simple mistake. Don’t depend on this place to sustain your livelihood they’ll fire you in a heartbeat

This is a world wide company, so you get to meet and interact with different people from all over the world. The benefits are really good. Especially the Parental leave.

Cons

Because this is a world wide company, there is a lot going on. You see a lack of communication between projects for what is needed or what work is actually necessary.
