-They have nice benefits and there are a lot of knowledgeable people who have worked with the company for a long time.

Cons

-There is a lot of reorganization going on at the moment, which has caused a fair amount of chaos. - This is definitely a hit the ground running type of position, which was not specified in the interview, however it is manufacturing so there was a fair level of expectation for something like that.
