1. Racism at peak level and supported by all managers 2.they claim flat org but it’s top down org with managers that favours their friends, family, relatives 3. You will not become manager or leader unless you are white Swedish 4. Cheap and industry below standard salaries for foreigners 5. There is no hope for this company, it is going to be another Nokia
