Plenty of work; multiple projects to manage simultaneously at the client site. The company has decent benefits.

Cons

Very political between the departments at teh client site. As a contract worker, you are just a contract worker until the contract runs out.

I chose Epitec over 2 years ago and can honestly say I love where I work. It's a great feeling to find a company that lives up to their company values and is not afraid of evolving their processes to better service their customers and employees. Management really cares about their employees and work to create an environment of success. The culture is young and vibrant and if you are willing to work hard the opportunities for growth are there! The work/life balance is hard to beat. There is Flex/Core Hours that allow you to pick your own schedule and start as late as 9:30AM or leave as early as 3:30PM (it is awesome!). If you truly want an opportunity to learn/grow personally and professionally, this is the place to be!
