Pros

Epitec has a great reputation in the IT industry and with the clients it services. The compensation is also very competitive. The Epitec team is incredibly communicative every step of the way. From he interview process to answering whatever questions you may have down the line.

Cons

The time-off policies are okay. However, there are several client holidays that are unpaid from Epitec. I've had over two weeks of unpaid time-off due to the lack of alignment between Epitec and the site I'm at. Pros

Definitely geared for recent college grads, but decent pay and benefits. It's a stressful job but there are a lot of events and fun activities for the employees. I like that we only recruit for big companies, so potential candidates are interested in the positions we recruit for.

Cons

Not much room for growth, but it's a good entry level job. I will probably stay with the company a year or two to save money to go back to school so I have more future career options.

Pros

A great place to grow, learn, build solid skills and succeed. The opportunity is there if you want to work hard. Love the incentives, food, coffee and extras!

Cons

Understanding recruiting takes time, and being able to take the good with the not so good and the frustration at times. But know if you are a good communicator, then you speak with your management for help and guidance, which they will provide.
