Pros

This review pertains to the Corporate Office, not the field. The environment is fast-paced and energetic. The company values hard work and will compensate well based on performance. Great additional incentives. Promotions are available for those willing to put in work and make their intentions known.

Cons

The industry is super competitive and therefore so is Epitec. It's not a good place for people wanting a quick payout or to fly under the radar. Most roles in the corporate office are Sales focused, so one has to be able to handle rejection well if they want to succeed and grow.

Pros

One of the things I like about Epitec is the fact that they promote from within. There are always a handful of opportunities for good people to advance within the organization. The technology is far beyond any previous place that I worked at. The office is modern and work areas are comfortably. Management is open to criticism and takes any feedback serious then works to make changes for the positive.

Cons

They are quick to eliminate people with poor work ethics or lazy attitudes. Sometimes these people are fresh out of college and inexperience, maybe it's their first job. A mentoring program might save a few of these people.

Pros

I've enjoyed working at Epitec because my accomplishments and hard work never go unrecognized. Granted recognition is different per department and manager but company wide it is regularly practiced. Within the last year there have been so many promotions, myself included, because they do not deter from investing in their people. Every resource is given the opportunity to be their best and when they are successful they are rewarded accordingly. It's awesome.

Cons

As I stated being recognized is common, but it doesn't come without hard work. If you are not willing to do the work or strive to be your best then you won't be successful. The company places people first, and as their employee, you are expected to do the same. Included in said people is yourself. If you do not put yourself first and do not try to be better than you were the day before than Epitec isn't going to put you first either. Why should they invest in someone like that anyhow?
