Pros

The company is constantly looking at areas to improve its position at its customers and to improve its employee experience. They are making strides in new client development locally and nationally and will need more internal staff to support these efforts. I'm all in for a better future. They also have some really great tools, training and incentives programs for their sales and recruiting team members. Just got a black friday shopping spree --- whoa!!!!!

Cons

No bodies perfect, but you should expect some turnover. They hire often and not everyone's cut out for sales and the performance expectations of the their big clients.

Pros

The kitchen and free lunch. Thats about it.

Cons

Stressful environment where in house employees are patronized and treated as if they were 12. Quite a bit of gossip and disgruntled employees. Poor work life balance as you are required to work extra hours on a salary and are not paid for any hours over 40. Constantly terminating employees at the 6-11 month mark with no reason given. You will see employees being walked out on a weekly basis even if they are meeting or exceeding their goals. The people that are promoted are not promoted based off performance or reaching goals. Even if you are told your doing a great job you could still be let go the next day. Tend to let employees go right before paying out bonuses. All the bonus money that is offered is not quite as achievable as it may seem because people usually are not around long enough to get paid out. There is no carreer advancement here. The slogan is “It feels good to hire the right people" and should read "It feels right to fire the right people". Unprofessional management.

Pros

Epitec is very protective of its culture and quality, which I appreciate very much! This is a great place to work if you believe that hard work pays off! :) I personally have put in the late nights and occasional weekends when it wasn't asked of me and who did it benefit?... ME! I placed those hard to find, hard to reach candidates and earned the commissions. To this day I can still say that I make more $$ than my friends. My hard work has paid off for me in promotions, vacations, and compensation all provided by Epitec. If management has a concern about your performance and/or attitude, there will be meetings set up with you to help create an action plan to get you back on track.

Cons

This is not a place for people whose desk chairs are spinning every day at 4:58PM. If you are a slacker, then this is not the place for you. I will admit that recruiting is not for everyone. Some people just weren't meant for positions that require a telephone and communication. Also, even if you are an amazing Recruiter, if you have a bad attitude, this is not the place for you.
