Pros

Work from home that is it

Cons

It’s unfortunate there are still organizations that expect their employees to be machines. Early on there was a clear indication numbers were the main driver of your success. Your performance was solely based on this and they did not account for other economic factors that affected these goals because they truly do not care. If you were not doing well you’d get placed on a pip. Pip is just a set of expectations but there’s no actual plan set in place of how to get you back to where you need to be or guidance from your account manager. They would constantly just switch your work so you can do something else instead of trying to get to the root of the problem. When expressing interest in learning and personal development, there was no guidance on how to move up within the company. I was told, “My suggestion to you is to find a book or podcasts and let me know what you find.” Once you were fully trained there were no helpful trainings that correlated with the current job market and how to be successful. This meant the positions we would get to fill were nearly impossible. They let corporate employees go WEEKLY if you take anything from this review, this would be enough. They target fresh grads as placeholders and cycle employees as they need them. There were many paycheck and financial issues not addressed appropriately and we’d have to actively verify our checks for errors. There’s a huge disconnect and inconsistency with account managers and the support they provide to their recruiters or the lack of support. If you work for one of their contractors you don’t work directly for this company, your experience will be different than at the corporate level.
