      The best pro about this job was that it was work from home.

      Cons

      The company I was previously at, was bought out and merged with Epitec. Let go of a large amount of people in only 1 month including those that had been with our original company for 10+ years. They took over everything and basically only wanted our clients. Toxic environment. No job security . Expect you to hit a crazy number of submits interviews etc. Everyone is disposable since you are only looked at as a number. The communication is horrible. Expected us to work both IT and Pro jobs for the same amount of pay.

      Epitec purchased The CRS Group, Inc on December 31, 2021. We set a 90-day plan to integrate and unite the two companies quickly. We successfully united the two companies according to plan. The total # of submitted candidates, total # of job orders covered, and total # of hires increased immediately under the new company structure and systems.       Work From Home Some of the people are great to work with When you are in the office you have a lot of coffee and snacks

      Horrible Pay Feeling that you are always going to be fired. People would just be gone come Fridays and if you ever had a random call from HR on a Friday morning, it would be your last. Not a lot of training after initial orentation. Management doesn't connect with newer people. If you are one of their favorites and make it past a certain period, you are golden. Mess with pay scales quite frequently Too many more to discuss. Stay away if you can. There are so many more recruiting companies out there that can offer you more security and training.
