      Pros

      Remote work, the harder you work the more money you can make, trip to MI for "Kick Off" company meeting.

      Cons

      Communication needs serious work, training is now web based and is not helpful to those who have never been a recruiter before. Sales managers are only concerned with numbers and if you are achieving them. You can randomly get fired without notice or warning, even when you have done nothing wrong.

      Pros

      Flexible Hours. Benefits are not bad. Plenty of work, position keeps you very busy.

      Cons

      Pay did not equal the workload and hours to complete the workload. Signed a contract for 40 hours a week but ended up working 50 hours a week and not receiving compensation for the extra hours.
