Poor work life balance as you are required to work extra hours on a salary and are not paid for any hours over 40. Constantly terminating employees at the 6-11 month mark with no reason given. You will see employees being walked out on a weekly basis even if they are meeting or exceeding their goals. The people that are promoted are not promoted based off performance or reaching goals. Even if you are told your doing a great job you could still be let go the next day. Tend to let employees go right before paying out bonuses. All the bonus money that is offered is not quite as achievable as it may seem because people usually are not around long enough to get paid out. There is no carreer advancement here. The slogan is “It feels good to hire the right people" and should read "It feels right to fire the right people". Unprofessional management.
