      Awesome culture, great leadership team, flex hours, perfect balance of fun yet ethical environment. They are a people company who invest their money and time in people to genuinely help the community, business is a consequence and they have a very reasonable and efficient process implemented to ensure that the quotas will nbe achieved. The process and tools helps recruiters and account managers as well as sales team to deliver what is expected from us without having to be concerned about numbers... Epitec truly enables you to care for people and enjoy coming to work.

      -some rebates or extra discounts on things such as AAA annual membership or some money back when you purchase or lease a car from Ford or GM. -recruiters seems to be on point

      Cons

      - HR department - many different sites to keep track of your info (one for timekeeping and another for tax info & pay stubs) -- creates more work for the employee since we also have to use our companies time keeping system - benefits

      Epitec is a company that cares about their employees! I would say this is one of the best companies I have ever worked for. Just like any company you have to work hard in order to be successful. If you are looking to be successful in the recruiting industry, Epitec is the way to go. Upper Management takes the time to make sure their recruiters and sales reps have the tools and guidance needed in order to be successful. They care and value both the customers and employees experience. They have amazing incentives that everyone is qualified for including Presidents Club Trip. If you work hard you will be successful with this company and you will be very happy you chose Epitec.
