Pros

I did not have a single positive experience at Epitec

Cons

Ridiculously horrible training. Training consists of being told to perform a task with very little to no instruction while management is seen online shopping and chatting with other management instead of giving clear instructions and guidance. Management is greedy and out for them selves. They do not care about its employees in the office at all. They only care for the employees in the field who make them money. Absolutely 0 job security and very low pay for recruiters. Management claims that base pay is based on education and experience however, they only hire recent college grads with no experience so all employees pay rates are the same. There is little to no commission to be made. Depending on what team you are placed on out of training, you have a lesser chance of making good commission. You job is in the hands of your sales managers performance and relationship to the customer. If they do not have a personal relationship with the customer, then your numbers will be affected and you will be terminated asap. I highly suggest more than i have ever suggested anything in my life. Do not work for Epitec!

Pros

The recruiter is nice and helpful. HR always response quickly.

Cons

Poor benefits. Everything is costly, like paid holidays(2 dollars off hourly pay). No sick day off. Expensive medical plan, written in semi monthly cost. Should have everything written in the contract when getting hired! Promise to ask for the hiring company for money to cover the application of working visa for international employee. Turn out to be you should have put down at least 4 dollars of your hourly pay to ask us you apply the working visa for you when it's about the time to start apply. Have to miss this year and apply next year and take the risk of only one time lottery in H1B CAP. Don't care employee's royalty at all, too mean to money. Get lower paid, less (no) benefit, less care than colleagues from other contract company. Choose a another one if you can.
