Their expectations for metrics jump quickly

I had high hopes when I joined Epitec, believing their promises of a positive work culture and growth opportunities. Unfortunately, the reality was far from it. Management pretends to care about employees, but the moment you're no longer useful or sucking up to them, you're shown the door without warning or cause. There is absolutely no regard for work-life balance—you're expected to work long hours with little appreciation, all while being treated as disposable. The company's only real concern is its bottom line, and employees are just numbers in their churn-and-burn system. If you're looking for a place that values its people, this is not it. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere.
