      Run away!!!!!

      Pros

      At 5:00 you get to leave everyday, Easy submittal goal if you put forth the effort

      Cons

      You can hear a pin drop because everyone is scared to get fired. Chained to a desk making calls through CareerBuilder. Its 2015 get LinkedIn recruiter. My account manager went through my desk (not appropriate). Not Much PTO and you will never work past a base of $45K

      Pros

      They are looking for young, inexperienced people right out of college. Getting a job with a staffing firm is pretty easy if you have good communication skills.

      Cons

      Basically you are doing the same thing every day. If you don't make your goals every period, they will let you go

      At Epitec, we embrace the differences in one another and capitalize on our strengths to provide superior service. Epitec hires the right person for the right seat. At times an entry-level candidate is the right fit. More often and experienced resource is required. Experience and past performance is the best indication of future performance. Meeting goals is one way to demonstrate value to any organization.
