      1. Great colleagues to work with. My team in particular was awesome. 2. Employer takes good care of family through insurance, even parents. Gives you a peace of mind that reflects in work. 3. Great employee friendly policies, excellent pinkup-drop option at a subsidized rate, naturally well lit, open work spaces, annual bonus/gifts all of which sums up to be a fantastic working experience. 4. Great work-life balance

      Cons

      1. Salary hike moderate. Cant complain but could be better. 2. Promotions are slow. 3. Not every team has good quality of work
