Pros

Most of the Work life balance , almost repeated work in every account once you settled it’s very easy , flexible time for office

Cons

Low salary and no hikes for the last two years. Promotions and salary increments seem to depend more on favoritism than performance. There is a significant amount of office politics, and some senior employees appear more focused on satisfying their ego and securing promotions for themselves rather than supporting and mentoring junior team members. After spending the last three years here, I genuinely feel there has been very little professional growth, learning opportunity, or career development. They will help only in one thing that is how to throw you out of market.
