I've been working at Epsilon for last 2 years. It has been a great experience working here. Team is great and people are helpful.

Cons

Adaptation to new technology is slow.

Not worth to be part of this group for career growth

Pros

Monthly salary on time. Not recommended.

Cons

There are hell lots of politics... The VP and Director there.. You need to be blued eyes of their otherwsie you will be treated as PIP. There is no value for growth. The VP is sitting there is more dangerous.. Hire and fire policy. They only care about work.. No work life balance and no career growth opportunities.
