nothing actually it seems like you are working in a dead place.

Cons

everything is useless in this company, no hikes from last 2 years, managers and management is basically most useless as it can be. they dont care about work life or nor they think twice before saying anything on your face. no bonus, no salary increment, no monthly/quarterly outing. company events are more like a bhandara nothing more then that. My only advice for people reading this would be stay without job for a month but dont join this company at all
