      An Okay Place To Work

      Pros

      Casual dress, nice office with gym and cafe, ability to WFH when needed, easy work

      Cons

      The place is a revolving door, people are constantly leaving. Management views employees as easily replaceable cogs in their machine. There is zero job security or room for accelerated growth. Promotions are based more on who you know rather than what you do.

      Pros

      Not a very demanding job, everybody leaves at 5pm.

      Cons

      No engineering culture. It is a boys club. People talk about going to strip clubs or say the most offensive things during lunch conversations. There is no system in place that you can depend on, management got promoted because every other manager left. To be fare, this is the culture in San Francisco, which was acquired by Epsilon. On the other hand, Epsilon did not manage it well either.

      Pros

      Have flexible working schedule. You can work from home one day a week. Friendly coworkers. Comfortable working environments.

      Cons

      Pay is lower compared with the same level positions in other companies. Some people in the account team have no knowledge about their job.
