Talented people, long hours

Pros

Highly talented teams, very collaborative environment with a focus on problem solving.

Cons

Best team members are stretched too thin with little relief, and long hours. Promotions are scarce, even for top performers. If you are good at your job, you will be stuck in it for a long time.

Pros

They offer great benefits, training and growth opportunities, if, you get to stay long enough.

Cons

Extremely high turn-over rate, especially when there is a management change. Once that happens, the whole team seems to be replaced over a short period of time.

Pros

Mostly good people; no major HR issues to date. Pay is reasonable. Many opportunities for personal growth if you take initiative. Great learning opportunity for less seasoned administrators.

Cons

Most skilled and likable people I've worked with have since moved on to better opportunities after reaching their limit of frustration experienced due to lack of advancement and dealing with small company issues at a big company. Pay could be better; it is not the must competitive and real raises are difficult to come by if at all. Don't expect to have a lot of official promotions or compensation, here; expect this place to be a stepping stone.
