Pros

Epsilon is a market leader that is very well positioned for the future of data driven advertising and has a very strong technology background. It has been a great place to work but things have started to change over the past 2 years as new C level execs and their subordinates change the company outlook.

Cons

The company works its people to death to deliver very strong numbers and cuts compensation to the employees that support it. The CIO is making a directed effort to push out quality employees and limit capabilities of its teams as a means of placing blame and scapegoating problems that have arisen from his poor planning and strategy.

Pros

Lots of varied work across very different size clients. Good mix of UX, design, and development. Most employees are very supportive and helpful. Those that aren't are fired quickly.

Cons

After acquisition by alliance data, environment started becoming more bureaucratic. Tend to treat employees as purely resources. Not a strong culture. Varied management quality.
