      -you'll meet a few nice people -free lunch on Fridays

      Cons

      -lack of initial training -lack of organization on the part of the management -tell you that it's a 9-5 job but you're working overtime all the time (evenings and weekends) -poor communication from management; no managment -often expected to do things without being provided a deadline, without being provided proper documents, without any direction (you're expected to magically figure out what is expected of you) -everyone around is dissatisfied and miserable and only work for the pay-check
