      Pros

      Many tallented people used to work there. Epsilon was a place where you could learn many technologies all at once... some can see this a a con though.

      Cons

      The IT department is run by a Despotism type structure (defined as "the exercise of absolute power, esp. in a cruel and oppressive way"), and is in the throes of a full collapse. Be very wary of accepting on a position within IT (Information Technology.)
