Pros

* If you are proactive about taking time off, Epsilon is a great place to do that * Remote Option

Cons

* Pay is way under for job title and years of experience. * Teams are understaffed * No Bonus/Stocks * Remote Culture needs to improve. More cohesion between teams.

Pros

Above Average pay for work

Cons

Employees are always visibly upset and at each others neck. Traffic going in is awful and they make you regret being late so you’d better be ready to wake up at 4am every morning and be out the door by 4:30 to wait in line at the gate for an hour, and if your late even by 3 minutes be prepared to have your job threatened.

Pros

A talented workforce, people are great, and great flexible pto options.

Cons

Very backward company in work processes. Top heavy, meeting heavy, people at the top don't do any work than moving papers and holding meetings. All of them think they are great and compare them with big 5 consulting but in reality, they are nowhere close to them. Top leaders are extremely rude, and not people-friendly.
