Overall, great place to work. The company maintains an atmosphere that is both casual and appreciative......

Cons

........until they are done with you. Then, you're replaced with a younger, cheaper model (also, many jobs have been sent to India over the past couple of years). Oh, and you are required to train them before you leave.

- Learnt a lot. - Impressive to other companies in the market. - Competitive pay with good 401K options.

Cons

I was hired for a specific role, but it took almost a year for my team to finalize what that role should really mean - which meant I was working with some team members on some things, and incredibly inconsistently. During this process, my manager went to HR because they didn't think I was learning fast enough - pretty hard to pick up a job and it's responsibilities when there are 8 different people telling you different things and you do one task once every 6 months. After the dust settled from that exchange, my manager realized what my strengths were (remaining calm in high stress situations, explaining complex ideas in simple terms, and presenting) and things got better - but only because my time was split between this team and another (younger and more creative) team.
