      Benefits are good Compensation is good The company does a very good job prioritizing work-life balance

      The company claims to "pay for performance" but it is very difficult to get a raise, and even that seems to cap out at 3% if you really push Bonuses are also tied to performance, but individual performance might only net +5% while company performance could cut it in half. The company has claimed to have created an "individual contributor" track for advancement without having to go into people management, but there has been little information provided.       Negative Experience Due to Poor Leadership and Structure

      - Lots of good teams doing their best

      Cons

      - Leadership is overly deferential to clients and avoids pushing back, which creates pressure on teams, basically overpromise and underdeliver - Directors play favorites. This isn't healthy for the team when it's so obvious and creates an unfairness in the delegation of the work - Frequent restructuring every few months leads to instability and shifting priorities - Teams across channel leads and client services are not aligned, resulting in poor internal communication - Work is often assigned with unrealistic timelines and expectations due to people pleasing the client versus tracking actual hours of work - Layoffs seem to happen often without explanation, which shows that it was political - Salaries are below industry standards
