Pros

Respectful of Employees and maintains boundaries. I was working fully remotely (not all employees can), with a hybrid model for the rest. Flexible time off. Industry-standard benefits

Cons

Lack of 'coolness' in the culture. It feels very legacy in mentality and lacks innovation. Not competitive in salary for a marketing/tech company. Terrible raises (often do not match inflation). Lack of clear growth potential and vertical mobility. People have been working in similar jobs for +15 years. Highly bureaucratic, no one knows what anyone does or who to contact about something unless you've been there more than a decade
