      Pros

      If you have a decent manager, things are usually good.

      Cons

      People are promoted for the wrong reasons. Poor managers don't understand what they don't know. They let their egos get in the way of sound decision making. They communicate one message up, and a different message down. There is no accountability for poor management. Good employees, many with long tenures, suffer, are laid off, demoted, or grossly under employed.

      Most Toxic Work Environment

      Pros

      Open PTO and that is about it.

      Cons

      Micromanagers who have nothing to offer for employee growth. There are Project Managers who cannot use Outlook, cannot create Project Plans and are incompetent. People who are competent are penalized and there is never any positive feedback.
