      Pros

      It was remote work which has it's pros, but i the end was not really worth it.

      Cons

      Management was very rough, they seemed understanding at first, but then wanted people to be experts after only a couple of weeks of training. Then it became toxic.

      Over hire then layoff

      Remote-first company Work/life balance is good

      Cons

      They over-hire in anticipation of closing deals, and when those deals don't close they have to lay off people. Poor talent management. Need to be part of the "in" group to get on good accounts

      Pros

      None whatsoever, and I’m not even trying to be funny.

      Cons

      Low pay, high benefit costs, horrible leadership whom makes us work mandatory OT on our OFF DAYS so work/life balance is out the window, and he also makes us work our holidays. There are also some internal issues going on that you wouldn’t believe. This place is nothing like it used to be years ago, and 3rd/overnight shift experience way too many car theft reports!
