      Good place to add to your resume, don't plan on staying forever unless sr. management

      Pros

      Lots of flexibility and work-life balance is great most of the time. Great benefits. Most of the teams are great, but I've always heard that employee experiences vary greatly depending on which teams they are on. Excellent place to work if you need a place to add to some skills to your resume before you move on to a better place.

      Cons

      Constant re-organization. The "bonus" plan is really just the same $500 every December if you're not in a leadership role (as far as I know). Lay-offs in the U.S. offices have started to happen more often now that the Bangalore office is up and running, with little to no advance notice and your work load does not indicate whether or not your position may be one of the ones to be off-shored.

      Pros

      There are hard-working, intelligent, common-sense, people to work with. But, there are not enough. It is a diverse and large enterprise-environment, lots to do, systems to work with, challenges to face and concur. The option to work from home, is appreciated.

      Cons

      Moving too many jobs overseas. Not enough team cooperation, communication, and budget constraints.
