Pros

The people who actually do work are great.

Cons

Bully culture, backstabbing, thick politics, discrimination, constant changing of direction, no vision, white male dominated just waiting for retirement, HR is horrific with their robotic answers, toxic and exhausting. Upper management gets rid of people to save cost, without proper replacements, Just another silicon valley type trainwreck.

Pros

Epsilon provides one of the worlds best work environment. If someone needs a peaceful job with very good personal life balance and fair pay, Epsilon is the right place. Lots of work from home options. Friday free food. Big brand- very few in India knows it Fair pay. Flexible timing. Innovative office floor.

Cons

Works are all consulting works, so learning curve goes down . At somepoint we will be relaxed and that makes us lazy. Works are not challenging.
