Pros

PTO (unlimited) Work from home Underlying tech is not bad but the company can't seem to put a business spin on it

Cons

No culture C-suite actors act like managers, not leaders Pay is below market (despite the fact that HR claims otherwise) Employees are treated as resources. Not associates, not people.

Pros

They have a very nice coffee maker that also makes hot chocolate.

Cons

When I was hired, the management was fully on board with PMI Project Management Principles and we were very successful delivering projects on time and under budget. By the time I left, all of the upper management had bailed and the new management things Project Managers are cheer leaders who's goal is to get the project team to work longer, harder with less breaks etc. instead of managing to a project plan.

Pros

Has been such a relief ever since I started working here and now over a year later I can confirm I'm just as content. I am challenged in an efficient way while also given the space to be curious. I take pride in the fact that my team is full of intelligent, hard-working individuals who push you to be an expert in your own right. I've been learning and growing so much and don't get bored. That doesn't even include how grateful I am to work remotely, go into a great office as I choose, have "flex time off" while still being given opportunities to meet and bond with co-workers in person. Benefits have also been wonderful. Promotions within the company happen all the time which I also appreciate and know that I have a pathway if I choose to stay.

Cons

I do wish I saw more of a variety demographically. The type of entry-level college hires I see are definitely a noticeable pattern. Outside of that, I also notice frequent turn-over but with so many employees I feel that is natural. I know plenty of people who have been here for 10+ years and still enjoy it.
