- Pay with commission is not terrible - Travel Perks a Plus - Autonomy in Schedule Making

Cons

- Increasingly unreasonable sales goals set by management - Expectation of 24/7 Availability; you should be thinking of it as "work-life integration" instead of "work-life balance" - "What have you done for me lately?" mentality; performance of reps not considered as cumulative, but rather quarter-to-quarter - Not a lot of hands-on training; very much learn-as-you-go - Management sometimes dismissive of questions/concerns brought up - Constant reorganizing; was with company for 4 years and held three different positions - Very, very few opportunities for advancement

Gorgeous Chicago office with coffee and cold brew on tap. Bagel Fridays. Great technology

Cons

Even as HR, I was harrassed by a coworker in the office and on social media, which wasn't addressed when escalated. Pay was lower compared to market standard. The company culture definitely isn't for everyone.
