      Pros

      One thing that stands out at Epsilon is the people. Everyone is super friendly and from day one they support you and guide you to settle in and be the best you can.

      Cons

      sometimes it can be unclear why certain decisions are made and not always the company excels at communicating

      Pros

      HR consistently listens to employee feedback and makes adjustments as needed. There are a lot of growth opportunities for younger employees just starting their career.

      Cons

      The company is moving to a large offshore presence. Anyone at the company should plan for working off hours to collaborate with offshore team.
