Pros

This is my first job, but so far so good. The company is pretty relaxed (good work/life balance), has good benefits (5% 401k matching), and has a lot of fun events. The days are always different, but it keeps it interesting. Also, relatively easy to move positions internally.

Cons

Industry pays a bit more I believe, but I think that comes with longer hours too.

Very broad and deep product set in the loyalty and CRM space; wide variety of industry verticals to work within

Cons

As with many large corporations, it's very difficult to get a feel for how everything ties together making it difficult to have a clear value proposition for clients when trying to sell in new solutions. Sales/account management is very encumbered by process.
