      Large Company, Pros and Cons

      Pros

      Large companies have lots of resources and lots of access to high profile clients. If you find that attractive, that's great. As a result, it is very regimented.

      Cons

      The biggest downside of Epsilon is that as a large public company, it is incredibly beholden to it's shareholders. Often this manifests as no loyalty to employees. And especially in the realm of agency work, when clients go, so do employees. And Epsilon has no hesitation to lose employees.

      Great people, benefits, facility, extra activies Lots of internal communication vehicles Good HR web site Good training site Lots of locations Hire back plan

      Cons

      Very large many of the same titles - can't figure out who does what which causes some confusion - accountability is tough to nail down - review circle is too broad sometimes seems like many small companies that are disjointed

      Don't go into the Aspen Automotive sector. BEWARE!

      Pros

      Can't think of any. Aspen Automotive (and now Epsilon since they bought them) is a terrible company.

      Cons

      Too many to list. Aspen section made internal structural changes back in May 2015 and cut everyone's salary in half and took away 99% of commission possibility. Who does that to people that have been working tirelessly and loyally years? Don't believe whatever they tell you- just avoid them like the plague and go to another company.
