Pros

This company pays their DMC's fairly well in a base salary and bonuses. The car allowance was higher than most companies plus there was an unrestricted expense amount to entertain clients. Regional Manager was very supportive and knowledgeable. Lots of hotel points because of the travel!

Cons

There was competition to fight for the same business within the company. Sr. Level Manager rules by threats, intimidation, and old school methods of management. The culture is a good ole boys culture with a rough edge, similar to the impression of the used car business, and the use of profanity was prevalent. Be prepared to travel a large territory and an average of 200 to 250 nights away per year and 40k to 60k miles on your personal vehicle per year!

Pros

- Opportunities for growth abound - Team based organization promotes synergy - Great facility and useful incentives outside of base compensation

Cons

- communication outside of teams (ie: upper management, IT, desktop support, etcc) is inefficient. Ticketing systems exist but remain ineffective. Constant, repeated follow up and escalation is required to get anything done. - profit first approach without foresight repeatedly burns out entire teams
