Pathetic hr & managers

Pros

Office is good & wfh policy.

Cons

Everyone act like manager Hr has too much ego. They think like they are the owner of the company. Managers won't even listen to you.. they're in new world And lead will act like super manager. Too much politics everyday. If you do asingle mistake then I will be screwed by everyone...even colleagues... It's like a forest in which all hr and lead onwards everyone is carnivorous :-(
