Pros

You’ll be valued and respected if you are not just skilled but also willing to slog like a dog. As that is what Epsilon really is, one end you’ll have handful of people pulling the whole project while there are others who just work the minimum and enjoy their personal life. The sad part is there is not a lot of difference when these two kinds of people are considered for pay raise, but you may may not be wrong to argue that the slogger may have improved professionally as he is exposed to pretty much everything what the next resource was supposed to do. In short there’s no real plan to hone and value talent, you learn as you work and the company survives and this just repeats. no wonder there’s a huge attrition rate of developers under 5 years of experience. They give you gifts and appreciations; just dont keep any hope for real money please. Cool offices, free lunch, tea cookies etc.

Cons

No hike since a long time. It’s perfectly normal for a person that joined in 2019 to not have a single rupee raise for the next 2 years, don’t worry the management will make you believe they have “plans” for you and hikes will be rolled out soon and boom..voila , it’s mid 2021 and your salary will been hiked by 6%..isn’t that great? You never know what might change. The company itself is still just building up ( since 40 years). So don’t be surprised if you are now under publicis and not alliance data or the way you fill you time sheet changes or your email address changes or the performance assessment cycle changes from jan- dec to April- march and you have to go train/ prepare for all these changes apart from your regular job. India is offshore even when they market themselves as working on global delivery model. Say bye bye to sleep if there’s a deadline that needs to be hit by eod of us business hours.
