Work life balance More than enough projects on latest technologies Supporting Senior and leadership management Constant support for career growth. I joined and DB 2 Developer ,this is my 6th year and I'm currently working as Lead software engineer. Commendable how team go together and supported each other during pandemic. Can not ask more from the company or leadership team.

Cons

There is no variable pay or yearly bonus.
