Pros

* You must know how to turn on light and projector during scrum. otherwise reported as the you not working or helping team. * You must know how to pamper management. then you can do whatever you want. like you can work from any country (including contractor) and get paid (amazing right) * You must not question any management favor person, then you must be put in performance plan. * You must not be smarter, you must be dumb to work on management in wakefield ma. * Don't be smarter.

Cons

* Excellent opportunities how to say blah blah * I agree with other reviewers

Thank you for your review! We wish we could get more context on your experience with Epsilon and on your former management. Epsilon is a company that is growing every day with the help of its top notch employees, including the Software Engineers such as yourself. If they weren’t as smart as they are, we would not be successful as we are and are growing to be. We do our best to acknowledge great performers and cultivate an environment where top talent can flourish. We appreciate your feedback and will continue to build a culture in which that goal is clear. --Human Resources Team

Pros

Work environment, strong work ethics and culture. Ability to move between client teams. Work with some talented individuals.

Cons

Working extra hours is the norm, you have to fight to do only 8-5. Management don't pay attention to their teams and never dream of a bonus or a raise. If you get a raise it's because of someone left and they need someone else to fill in and afterall you end up fighting to get the raise and title change most of the time. Bad rating system even if you work 24 hours a day for entire summer. They will till you rates came from above and we disagree with them but cannot do anything. Upper management barely do anything and they learn and say buzz words and throw everything at you "deal with it". Poor training and if you don't develop your skills you will be lost and be outdated.

Pros

Nice office with coworkers who are smart and eager to help. Epsilon promotes from within before looking elsewhere which can be nice to move up.

Cons

Very bad management and an HR team who could care less about the well being of it's employees. Promotes the smartest or best connected employees into management without any training. Regular layoffs. Micromanaging.
