Pros

Your experience with Epsilon will vary based on which division you are in and who your supervisor is. There are some great, hard-working people employed there. There are usually modest annual raises across the board depending on which department you’re in, though in recent years they tend to be less than cost of living.

Cons

There are a handful of people that have inexplicably been there for years even when their lack of work ethic has been common knowledge. Unethical relationships in the office, definitely a fair share of favoritism, and if you’re not lucky you will get stuck carrying the workload of the many slackers that have been able to hang onto their jobs for way too long. Careful if you’re brought on in a salaried position, you are expected to get everything done no matter how many hours it takes. The salary might look good until you do the math and realize you’re making less an hour than if you took an entry level position elsewhere, and would still be able to make it home for dinner with your family.
